• Creating a model for a diverse working place, where skilled individuals are respected equality;
• Preventing all kinds of discrimination.

The NEORION II DP aims at:

• Exchanging of information with similar enterprises
  and organizations on disadvantaged groups of employees
• Attempting to develop common policies and practices in the sector at European level
• Building new networking forms for the internal employment of the industry (the shipyard with its subcontractor network)
• Improving performance through mutual exchange of experience and know how
• Facilitating dialogue on industrial relations through getting familiar with different practices in other countries
• Creating a wide network at European level for supporting the particular sector to overcome its structural problems.
